MOICHE LANGUAGES · PHASE 1

Cookie Policy

This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, what categories the website may use and how choices will be managed.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files stored on a device when certain websites are visited. They can support essential operation, remember preferences, measure use or enable external functionality.

2. Categories

2.1 Essential technical cookies

These support navigation, security, basic settings, consent records and essential functionality. They do not require consent when strictly necessary.

2.2 Preference cookies

These remember choices such as language or display settings. Preferences expressly selected by the user may be technical where legally appropriate; other uses require consent.

2.3 Analytics cookies

These help understand visits, devices and website performance. Non-essential analytics will not be activated before valid consent.

2.4 Marketing cookies

Moiche Languages does not currently plan marketing cookies for Phase 1. If introduced, they will require consent and this policy will be updated.

2.5 Third-party cookies

Embedded videos, maps, scheduling tools, social features or external services may set cookies. Such services will only be identified here when genuinely integrated.

3. Cookies currently verified

The Phase 1 Site is designed without advertising trackers or optional marketing integrations. Essential technologies may support secure delivery, owner-only access during private review, form operation and security. A final technical audit will be completed against the public configuration before launch; no unverified cookie name, duration or provider is represented as active.

4. Consent management

If optional cookies are introduced, visitors will be able to accept, reject or configure them. Optional cookies will not load before consent. Accepting and rejecting will be presented with comparable prominence.

5. Changing or withdrawing consent

Where a cookie panel is required, visitors will be able to reopen it and change their choices. Cookies can also be blocked or deleted through browser settings.

6. Third-party services and international transfers

External providers may process information in other countries. Their use will be documented and appropriate safeguards applied where required.

7. Updates

This policy will be updated whenever cookie use, integrated tools, legal requirements or technical configuration changes.

8. Contact

Questions about cookies may be sent to contact@moichelanguages.com.
