Moiche Languages takes the privacy of visitors and people who join the Founding List seriously. This policy explains what information is collected, why it is used and your choices.

2. Information collected

The Founding List may collect your first name, email address, optional professional role, optional English level, principal communication goal, early-access consent, optional Field Notes consent, privacy acknowledgement, submission source and timestamps. Direct communications may contain information you choose to provide.

Please do not submit sensitive or special-category information that is unnecessary for your request.

3. Purposes

• Manage the Founding List and send confirmed development and launch updates.
• Send Field Notes and resources only when separate optional consent is given.
• Respond to direct enquiries.
• Protect the website, prevent abuse and maintain technical operation.
• Understand website performance only when compliant analytics have been activated.

4. Legal bases

Processing may rely on consent, steps taken at your request before a possible future contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in website security and appropriate professional communication. Field Notes consent is separate and may be withdrawn.

5. Recipients and service providers

Moiche Languages does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by necessary hosting, application infrastructure, database, security and email-delivery providers under applicable data-protection requirements. The provider inventory will be reviewed whenever the production configuration changes.

6. International transfers

Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, appropriate safeguards will be required, such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual clauses.

7. Retention

• Founding List: until the early-access purpose ends, consent is withdrawn, deletion is requested or the record is no longer necessary.
• Field Notes: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
• Enquiries: for the time reasonably required to respond and follow up.
• Technical records: according to operational necessity and applicable law.

Data may be blocked for legally required limitation periods before secure deletion.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Write to contact@moichelanguages.com with the subject “Data protection”. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

9. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used. No digital system is completely infallible, so sensitive information should not be submitted through general forms.

10. Minors

The website is aimed at adult professionals and is not designed for children. People under 14 must not submit personal information without authorisation from a parent or legal guardian.

11. Automated decisions

The Phase 1 Founding List does not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
