Accessing and using this website implies acceptance of these Terms. Please read them before browsing, submitting information or joining the Founding List.

1. Website owner

2. Scope of Phase 1

The website currently presents the Moiche Languages approach, Founding List, optional Field Notes and verified free resources as they become available. It does not currently provide a course catalogue, checkout, paid membership, learner account, certificate or guaranteed programme place.

3. Acceptable use

Illegal or fraudulent use, interference with normal operation, unauthorised access, malicious code, abusive form submissions, infringement of third-party rights and unauthorised exploitation of content are prohibited.

4. Founding List and contact requests

Submitting the form does not create a contract, purchase, subscription or enrolment. Information is used according to the choices made and the Privacy Policy.

5. Free resources

Resources are for personal educational and professional-development use unless a different licence is stated. They may not be resold, redistributed, republished or presented as another person’s work.

6. Prices, payments and future services

No reference to a future service constitutes a binding offer unless expressly confirmed. If courses, digital products, memberships, bookings or payments are introduced, specific purchasing, cancellation, withdrawal and support conditions will be provided before contracting.

7. Intellectual property and the MOICHE Method

Content and brand elements are protected as described in the Legal Notice. The MOICHE Method may not be copied, adapted, commercially used or represented as another person’s methodology without authorisation.

8. AI-supported educational content

AI may support scenarios, examples and learning resources. Output is subject to human review and does not guarantee accuracy, suitability or a particular result.

9. Examples and outcomes

Fictional situations and conceptual examples are educational devices, not testimonials, guaranteed results or real learner cases unless explicitly stated.

10. Content responsibility

Moiche Languages endeavours to keep information useful and current but does not guarantee the absence of errors. Users remain responsible for evaluating general content.

External links and services remain subject to their providers’ terms, availability and policies.

12. Availability

The website may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security or circumstances beyond the owner’s control.
